Who'd have World Of Single Jayethought that one of the most caustic shows on television could yield one of the sweetest moments on Twitter?

A few weeks ago, we got the very sad news that Julia Louis-Dreyfus had been diagnosed with breast cancer. Because 2017 is just the worst.

But even in the worst of times, people aren't all bad. Louis-Dreyfus' friends and fans rallied around her – up to and including actual former veep Joe Biden.

Now today, her Veepco-stars Timothy Simons and Tony Hale have served up this adorable show of support:

Did it suddenly get really dusty in here?

The Meyer staff in Veepis the very definition of a toxic work environment, and Gary and Jonah – the characters played by Hale and Simons, respectively – have always been two of Selina's favorite punching bags.

Gary's the sad puppy who follows her around no matter how many times she kicks him, and who lives for years on every little scrap of affection she deigns to give him. Jonah, on the other hand, deserves every florid insult lobbed at him. He's the kind of vile moron only a mother (or a Richard Splett) could love.

But the Veepcast, clearly, is a whole other story. This is the purest thing I've seen on the internet all day, and I may or may not be happy-crying at my desk right now.

In a month when it feels like every story out of Hollywood is a reminder that people are awful, this is just what we needed: a cute little video of two TV stars goofing off to try and cheer up a friend. The fact that Simons clearly doesn't know all the words, and that Hale gets way, waytoo into it, is part of the charm.

Now if you'll excuse me, I'm about to hit play on this thing, oh, about fifty more times.
