Northwestern's football players still need to work on their high-kicking game.

But as it turns out, Wildcats kicker Jack Mitchell — who notched four extra points and a three-point field goal — ended up being the difference maker in Northwestern's 31-24 win over Pittsburgh.

Mitchell can thank his teammates for the inspiration.
